Ultimate Gutter Bracket — Internally Reinforced For Twin 6m Awnings
July batch headed to paint — including the Extreme Gutter Bracket for a central upright carrying two 6 m × 3.5 m awnings, with 8 mm at the wall and larger gussets.
Another July batch is heading off to paint — a mixture of awning brackets monitored and inspected through every stage, with full traceability back to the customer at every step.

Extreme Gutter Brackets checked, labelled and ready for paint — order forms travel with the job.

Awning brackets staged for finishing — the same inspection trail from cut to coating.
A New Product In The Mix — Extreme Gutter Bracket
This run includes a new product: the Extreme Gutter Bracket. One customer needed a central bracket holding up two 6 m × 3.5 m awnings side by side. That is a serious shared load through one upright — more than a standard gutter bracket is meant to take.
Within a week of designing it, another customer asked for the same product.

Channels and wall plates on the bench before assembly — each stage checked before the next.

Larger-than-standard gussets visible on the uprights — monitored and signed off before paint.
Extra Reinforcement Where The Load Hits Hardest
Here is the extra reinforcement giving 8 mm at the wall and two larger than standard gussets, with additional internal reinforcement.

8 mm at the wall and two oversized gussets at the knee — the joint that carries the twin-awning moment.

Internal plate stitch-welded into the channel — extra stiffness without a bulky outer profile.
From Design To Despatch
Every bracket in this batch has been followed through fabrication with the same discipline: inspected at each stage, documented against the customer order, then finished and packed ready for install.
