Another Happy Customer - Twin Awnings On Load-Bearing Gutter Brackets

A fresh install: two full-cassette awnings fitted using LoadBear load-bearing gutter brackets. No fascia removal, no compromise on the tile line — just a clean, engineered fix straight to the wall.

Another happy customer, another clean install. Two full-cassette awnings went up using our load-bearing gutter brackets — one over the main doors, one wrapping around to the second set of doors. Engineered to carry the load through the wall, not the gutter.

The Problem With Low Bungalow Eaves

Bungalows are one of the trickiest houses to fit an awning to. The eaves are low, the gutter sits right where the cassette wants to go, and there’s rarely enough clear brickwork above the doors for a standard wall bracket. Most fitters either refuse the job or start hacking away at fascias and soffits.

The bracket clears the gutter and takes its load through the brickwork behind — not the fascia.

How The Gutter Bracket Solves It

Our load-bearing gutter bracket is designed exactly for this: it lifts the awning up and over the existing gutter, transfers the full load into the wall through the fixing studs, and leaves the roofline completely untouched. The gutter still runs, the tile line stays intact, and the awning ends up at the right height for full projection over the patio.

Two Awnings, One Clean Install

Because the brackets arrive ready to fit — pre-drilled, powder-coated to match, and supplied with the correct studs and fixings — the install goes up with no fabrication on site, no waiting on paint, and no chasing the roofer to lift a tile.

Excellent brackets heavy duty and exactly what I needed for the awnings on a bungalow where there was no brickwork above the doors/windows to mount the awnings. Highly recommend this company and the brackets if you have a bungalow and want awnings.
