Standard Spreaders at 750 mm — Another Unique August Install

Another unique request from just one of August’s installs.

The customer wanted standard spreader brackets — but only 750 mm long. Not a catalogue offcut, not a compromise: the same LoadBear standard spreader geometry, made to the length their wall and cassette needed. Of course we support requests like that.

Made to the length the job needed

Standard spreaders are our everyday workhorse for spreading awning load into sound masonry. Most jobs use a longer plate. Here the elevation, door heads and preferred cassette line called for a shorter upright — so we cut and finished the standard range at 750 mm and powder-coated to match the awning.

Shade on the patio

With the fabric out, the shorter plates still do the job: load spread into the wall, cassette held clear of the doors, and a tidy look that reads as part of the house rather than a bolted-on afterthought.

Fully extended — shade over the seating, brackets doing quiet structural work behind the cassette.
