Last July Batch Off To Paint — Special Requests & New Designs
Last July batch off to paint — special requests and new designs, fully inspected, heading for a mixture of colour coatings.
The last batch of July is off to paint. This run includes a number of special requests and new designs we were asked for — the kind of jobs where a standard plate will not do, so we build what the wall, cassette and colour actually need.

Pallets staged on the workshop floor — inspected sets ready for finishing.

Built Exactly To What Customers Want
We do our best to ensure our customers get exactly what they want. That means following drawings, order forms and dimensions through every stage — not approximating a near-enough bracket and hoping it fits on site.

Engineering drawings travel with the job so each set matches the approved design.

Order paperwork with the fabrications — full inspection before anything leaves for coating.
New Designs In The Mix
This batch includes new and special geometries as well as familiar gutter and spreader work — heavy-duty uprights, stud plates and custom profiles welded and checked before finishing.

Matched pair of custom awning brackets — welds complete, ready for colour.

Gutter brackets labelled to the customer order — special requests included in this July run.

Stud-plate cassette mount on a reinforced gutter upright — inspected and ready for coating.
Fully Inspected, Then Colour Coated
This batch has been fully inspected and is off for a mixture of colour coatings — so each set leaves the workshop finished to the colour the customer specified, not a one-size-fits-all stock shade.
If you need a special request, a new design, or colour-matched awning brackets for your next install, get in touch with photos and dimensions — or browse the gallery for more workshop shots.
