Bespoke Awning Brackets — Designed With You, Built To Spec

For a small charge we design brackets outside the standard range — with engineering drawings and CAD at each step, a final drawing to pass to your customer, and a rendered video on request.

Not every install fits a catalogue bracket. For a small charge we can supply brackets outside our standard range, with features tailored to your customer’s requirements. If you need a bespoke solution, we’ll help you get there.

A recent bespoke install — tall white spreaders matched to the cassette and wall, engineered around the openings and fixtures on site.

Designed With Your Input

You’ll get engineering drawings and CAD at each critical step of the design process, so you can add your input and request changes as you go. Nothing gets locked in until you’re happy.

At the end of the process you receive a final drawing to pass off — something you can share with your customer with confidence. On request, we can also send a full rendered video of the product.

Finished hardware on the wall — slim, colour-matched, and built for the load path the job actually needed.

From Drawing To Fabrication

Once the drawing is signed off, we manufacture in-house to that spec — same stainless construction, same welding and finishing standards as our standard range. The difference is the geometry: offsets, lengths, plates and stud positions built around your wall, awning and obstacles.

Raw fabricated bespoke LoadBear awning brackets laid out on a workshop pallet before finishing

Fresh fabrications ready for finishing — non-standard lengths, plates and stud layouts built from the approved drawing.

How To Start A Bespoke Job

Send us photos of the wall and awning (or mounting dimensions), plus any constraints — vents, lights, limited brick courses, unusual cassette fixings. We’ll come back with a route, a price and the first drawing for your review.
