Another Install Won With Our Brackets — BASE Awning on Anthracite Uprights
A patio BASE awning on anthracite LoadBear uprights — brackets that cleared the bi-fold doors, matched the cassette, and helped win another install.
Another installation where the bracket choice made the difference — and another happy customer once the awning was up.
This rear patio job needed more than a standard wall mount. Bi-fold doors, a low cassette line relative to the brickwork, and a customer who wanted the hardware to match the anthracite BASE cassette rather than sit as a silver afterthought. LoadBear anthracite uprights gave the fitter the height and finish to land the order cleanly.

Shade over the dining table — anthracite cassette and brackets reading as one system against the brick elevation.
Why The Brackets Won The Job
Customers choose the fabric and the frame carefully. Fitters know the wall decides whether that choice actually works. Here, long anthracite vertical brackets lift the cassette clear of the bi-fold door heads and put the load into solid brick — without a bulky plate spoiling the elevation.

Both uprights sit either side of the doors and carry the cassette at the right working height.

Full projection over the flagstone patio — tidy mounts, clear door swing, undisturbed roofline.
Detail At The Cassette
Close up, the finish does the selling. The powder-coated upright lines through to the BASE headbox, with a compact mount at the top and a clean cable route down the bracket face.

Colour-matched hardware under the eaves — the bracket looks intentional, not improvised.

Strong fixing into the brickwork with a slim profile that sits comfortably beside the exterior light.
Finished Patio
With the fabric out, the install reads as part of the house: matching anthracite, clear patio space, and brackets that disappear into the overall elevation rather than shouting for attention.

The completed patio — another order won on the strength of the bracket solution.
Planning A Similar Install?
If a standard manufacturer mount will not clear doors, gutters or the preferred finish, browse our awning brackets or send photos of the wall and awning model. We will recommend the right LoadBear bracket — or design a bespoke set — so the install looks as good as it holds.
