Load Tested & Simulation Verified
Load Test Results
LoadBear stainless steel awnings are physically tested to 400 kg and rigorously validated in computer (FEA) simulation from 250 kg to 400 kg —
aesthetically pleasing, robust, and corrosion-resistant against the elements.
Painted in a range of standard colours: RAL 9016 White (semi-gloss), RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey (texture) and RAL 9005 Black (semi-gloss or texture). Other colours available on application.
5.0 m Standard Spreader — Heavy Duty
Used as the centre spreader on wide awning runs. Modelled in AISI 430 stainless and loaded to full working load.

Product render — installed position

Von Mises Stress
Peak ~212 MPa — well below yield.

Displacement
Maximum deflection ~0.38 mm.

Danger Level
Entire part remains in the safe (blue) zone.
4.0 m Standard Wall Bracket — Heavy Duty
Our most popular wall-fixed bracket. Tested at full 4.0 m projection.

Product render — installed position

Von Mises Stress
Peak ~707 MPa localised at the gusset; bulk material well within limits.

Displacement
Maximum tip deflection ~6.96 mm.

Danger Level
Stress concentrated at a single fillet — no global failure mode.
4.0 m Stainless Steel Wall Gutter Bracket
Gutter-style wall bracket designed to integrate with rainwater channels.

Product render — installed position

Von Mises Stress
Peak ~579 MPa at the welded knee; remainder near zero.

Displacement
Maximum deflection ~9.07 mm at the gutter tip.

Danger Level
Localised hotspots at the welds; bulk material safe.
4.0 m Standard Wall Spacer Bracket
Cost-optimised spacer bracket for lighter awning runs.

Product render — installed position

Von Mises Stress
Peak ~329 MPa concentrated at the fixing point.

Displacement
Maximum deflection ~0.70 mm — extremely stiff.

Danger Level
Entire part remains well within the safe zone.
